1. General Provisions
1.1. Contracting Parties: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the purchase and use of products and services offered by Dermasupplies LLC (hereinafter the “Seller” or “Company”), headquartered at Unit 1502, 507 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06168, Republic of Korea. The email for correspondence is info@dermasupplies.world. The term “Customer” refers to any person or entity placing a purchase order on the website. 1.2. Acceptance of T&C: By placing an order on the Seller’s website, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these T&C without reservation. 1.3. Modifications: The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The T&C applicable to an order are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
2. Products, Eligible Buyers, and Professional Use Disclaimer
2.1. Nature of Products: The Seller commercializes dermal fillers, BOTOX, and related products. The Customer acknowledges that these are medical devices or pharmaceuticals intended strictly for professional use. 2.2. Sales Limitation (B2B Requirement):

Sales of all regulated products are strictly B2B (Business-to-Business) and limited EXCLUSIVELY to qualified healthcare professionals, clinics, or entities possessing valid professional licenses required by the Medical Service Act and Pharmaceutical Affairs Act of Korea (where applicable) and the jurisdiction of destination.

The Customer warrants they are a licensed professional. Misrepresentation constitutes a material breach of these T&C.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order if professional status cannot be verified. 2.3. Use of Products: The Customer is solely responsible for the safe storage, handling, and use of products. The Seller is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from improper use or administration by the Customer or third parties.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
3.1. Pricing: Prices are displayed in multiple currencies. All prices are exclusive of local taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes in the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 3.2. Order Confirmation: The contract is concluded only upon the Seller sending an email confirmation of the order shipment. 3.3. Payment Methods: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. The Seller does not store full payment card details.
4. Shipping, Customs, and Risk
4.1. Transfer of Risk (Incoterms): The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier at the Seller’s premises: Unit 1502, 507 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06168, Republic of Korea (FCA/EXW terms apply). 4.2. Customs Compliance: The Customer acts as the Importer of Record and must comply with all import regulations and pay all associated duties and fees. 4.3. Customs Refusal/Seizure: No refunds are provided for orders seized or destroyed by customs due to the Customer’s non-compliance with local laws or failure to pay duties.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the medical nature of the products and strict safety protocols (cold chain/sterility), all sales are final. Products are non-returnable except in cases of verified transit damage or shipping errors. 5.2. Claims: Claims must be submitted to info@dermasupplies.world within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds/replacements will be processed within 14 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Maximum Liability: The Seller’s total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the total purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 6.2. Exclusion of Damages: The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) resulting from the use of the products.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. Governing Law: These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 7.2. Jurisdiction: The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these T&C shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
